Blueberg provides service and support for all its water filtration, RO systems, dispensers, cartridges, accessories, and approved partner products supplied by Blueberg.
Where can I find user manuals and technical documents?
All product manuals, datasheets, installation guides, and certifications are available in the Knowledge Base under Product Literature. If a document is missing, you can request it through the support form.
Which regions does Blueberg serve?
Blueberg currently serves the UAE and selected GCC markets. Service availability may vary by product and location.
Installation & Commissioning
Do you provide installation services?
Yes. Blueberg offers professional installation for eligible products. Installation can be booked during purchase or through the Book Installation form.
Can I install the product myself?
Some products are suitable for self-installation. However, professional installation is recommended to ensure optimal performance and warranty compliance.
What is included in installation?
Standard installation includes system setup, basic plumbing connections, performance check, and usage guidance. Any additional civil or electrical work is excluded unless specified.
Maintenance & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
What is an AMC and why do I need it?
An AMC ensures regular preventive maintenance, timely filter replacement, system health checks, and priority support—helping extend product life and maintain water quality.
What does Blueberg AMC cover?
Coverage typically includes scheduled servicing, filter replacements as per plan, performance checks, and labor. Consumables or parts outside the plan may be charged separately.
How often is maintenance required?
Maintenance frequency depends on product type, usage, and feed water quality. Residential systems typically require service every 6–12 months, while commercial systems may need more frequent visits.
Filters & Consumables
How often should filters be replaced?
Filter replacement intervals vary by model and water quality. Most cartridges require replacement every 3–12 months. Refer to your product manual for exact timelines.
Can I buy replacement filters directly from Blueberg?
Yes. Genuine Blueberg replacement filters are available through our website or authorized channels to ensure safety and performance.
What happens if I delay filter replacement?
Delayed replacement can reduce water quality, affect system performance, and may impact warranty coverage.
Troubleshooting
My water flow has reduced. What should I do?
Reduced flow usually indicates a clogged filter or low inlet pressure. Check the filter replacement schedule or contact support for inspection.
The system is making unusual noise. Is this normal?
Some operational sound is normal. Persistent or loud noise may indicate air in the system, pump issues, or pressure imbalance—please contact support.

What is the warranty period for Blueberg products?

What is not covered under warranty?

Do you accept returns?
