  1. Pricing & Payment
    • All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
    • Payment is required before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, or approved credit terms.
  1. Orders & Delivery
    • Orders are confirmed upon payment.
    • Delivery dates will be provided at purchase; delays caused by third-party logistics are not Blueberg’ s liability.
    • Delivery charges may apply based on location.
  1. Installation
    • Available as an additional service unless specified in product package.
    • Customers must ensure proper access and readiness of site.
  1. Returns & Refunds
    • Products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
    • Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
    • Installed, custom-made, or special-order products are non-returnable.
  1. Warranty
    • All products come with Blueberg’ s standard warranty (see Warranty Policy).

  1. AMC Coverage
    • Preventive maintenance, filter replacements, performance checks.
  1. Response Time
    • Service requests typically resolved within 48 working hours.
  1. Exclusions
    • Repairs caused by misuse, external damage, or use of non-genuine parts.

Subscriptions

  1. Scope
  • Covers AMC, filter replacement, and scheduled maintenance depending on plan.
  1. Billing & Payment
  • Subscription billed monthly/annually in advance.
  • Late payment may suspend service until dues are cleared.
  1. Renewal & Cancellation
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days prior.
  • Early termination is non-refundable.
  1. Changes
  • Blueberg reserves the right to adjust prices with prior notice.
